For every course booked, the client receives a 10% discount on the next course. After completing 10 courses, they will receive one full course free, with no restrictions on their choice; they can select any course offered by the academy.

Supportive and Responsive Assistance

All courses include an end-of-course exam. If a student does not pass, they are entitled to a free retake, with scheduling for the retake in the next available booking. For recorded courses, students can send inquiries or request clarifications, and the instructor will respond within 48 hours. If any part of the recorded material is unclear, students can provide the exact timestamp, and the explanation for that part will be re-recorded and sent back.

Interactive Support

For any live course, if a student does not understand something, they can request a re-explanation. A new time will be scheduled for this re-explanation to ensure comprehension.
